As many of you know, I started this practice back in 2002 with just 30 clients. Since then, with your incredible support and trust, we have grown into a thriving business with close to 900 clients.
It has been a remarkable journey, one filled with rewarding relationships, growth and the satisfaction of knowing we have made a real difference in the lives of so many.
For all of this, I am truly grateful.
Today, I write to share some exciting personal news with you - news that represents a significant milestone in my life and in the life of the practice.
After much thought and discussion with my family, beginning January 2025 I will be stepping into semi-retirement.
From that point onward, I will be working part-time on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with a focus on providing consultancy support.
This allows the time for my wife and I to move forward into the next chapter of our lives, which will involve more travel and time spent in our caravan exploring new places.
While this marks the end of one phase, it's important to me that you know this is not the end of our commitment to you.
I have been so fortunate to have my son Matthew by my side for the past 14 years. Many of you already know him and have built strong relationships with him over time. Matthew is now taking on more of the day-to-day management of the practice and will continue to ensure that the high level of service and attention to detail that you've come to expect from us will remain unchanged.
I have every confidence in his ability to lead our practice with the same dedication and personal care that has been our hallmark.
Please rest assured that I will still be involved in the business, offering guidance and support. I remain fully committed to maintaining the personal, hands-on service that has been at the heart of our business.
It has been an absolute provilege to service you over the years, and I look forward to continuing to work with you in this new capacity.
